How The Design Process Works

1. We Asses

First of all, priorities, we would discuss how you have used the web for your business in the past. We would then talk about how you could use the web in the future. What are your aims for the web site and what do you hope to get out of it. We would talk about our success with Ivory Graphics and Personalised Playing Cards, how we have benefit from having a presents on the internet and we would explain how we did it and how you can do the same with your business.

We would present this to you in a way you can understand the possibilities without drowning you in jargon and technical stuff.

The aim is to help you understand the potential of the internet but also realise we are the team you need to deliver that goal.

2. We Target

We would target your competition. We would look what they currently do and research how they use the internet and we could improve on that. We would track what people type in a search engine for your competition to appear.

Search engines are key to getting visitors to your site because nearly everyone on the internet uses search engine to find what they are looking for. So if your competition is listed on it we would work out where and make sure that your business is listed higher than them i.e. above them on the list of search results which is displayed when someone searches for a certain subject.

We also target new search terms or keywords as they are known, to find any your business can take advantage of even especially if your competition do not yet know about them.

We would also look to see if your business would benefit from a paid advertising campaign.

3. We Deliver

Using a combination of resources, tools and knowledge, we make sure that your current and potential customers know why it is worth doing business with you and how to find you. Our sole purpose when building your website is for you to gain results, generate referrals and revenue. A web site should never be an expense, it should always pay for itself and generate some sort of income or interest.

We will measure the success of site 24/7, 375 days a year. We take them results from your web site and put them in an easy to read form which is emailed to you weekly so you know exactly what’s happening on your site and when it happened giving you total control.

We also monitor sales. When we do a big push to market one of our own in house web sites we notice a difference in enquiries and sales. The buzz you get off that is amazing. One of our clients used to find work through cold calling. Now we have built them a new web site and we handle their marketing they have customers finding them. Every time we see them they tell us about a massive order they have received. We have worked it out that in the last 4 and a half months since we designed and marketed their new web site they have sold at least £35,000 worth of products and that’s not to mention the cross selling they are doing with add on services. If we hadn’t of built that site they would be missing out on that income right now.
